Holy Rosary Religious Education Program 2026 – 2027
All parish families with children who attend public, charter schools, or are homeschooled are invited to register in our Religious Education Program. The program is offered to families with children in grades 1 through 9. Children learn about their Catholic faith and prepare for Sacraments.
Classes are held Saturday mornings from 9:30 to 11:30 am, September through May for children in levels 1 through 7 in Father Winters Hall (the entrance is below the church building on the parking lot side).
Children in the Confirmation class meet weekly with a Catechist on Saturday afternoons from 2:30 to 4:00 pm, September through May, in Father Winters Hall.
Special Note: If you have a child with special needs, please meet with the DRE so that you can help us determine the best way for your child to participate in the program and prepare for the sacraments.
Religious Education is a continuous process that begins in level 1 and continues through to Confirmation. For a child to be eligible to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Eucharist, the child must have reached the age of reason, generally considered age 7, and be enrolled in the program for two consecutive years. First Communion will be received at the end of the second year of enrollment. For the Sacrament of Confirmation, the child must complete the required two year upper level curriculum and be in the 7th to 9th grade of school. Our Program Fees are as follows:
Registration Fee for One Child: $80.00 Registration Fee for Two or more Children: $115.00
First Communion Sacramental Fee: $75.00 Confirmation Sacramental Fee: $125.00

For Families Registering for the First Time:

Once you complete this form, the Religious Education office will be notified and will review your application. After the form is reviewed, you will receive an automated email from Parish Giving with login credentials for an account that was created for you. Sign into your Parish Giving account to make a payment and select sessions for your child/ren.
For Families Returning to the Religious Education Program:
If you are a returning family, please do not fill out the form in the link above. That is only for families new to the program. You received an email from Parish Giving in May. This email contains login credentials for a Parish Giving account that was created for you. There is no need for you to create a Parish Giving account. If you prefer to register in-person:
Beginning August 16 you can register your child(ren) in-person for religious education after the 9:45 and 11:30 Mass downstairs in Father Winters Hall.
